Patrik Rautaheimo has extensive technical and commercial experience in the management of large projects. He has successfully managed large complex multi stake holders collaborative projects and has extensive know-how in engineering processes. He worked in various positions in his journey to current leadership position. He holds doctorate of Science in Energy engineering with Masters in Applied Mechanics and graduation in Aerospace. He is Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Elomatic Oy, Finland. He is Chairman for Elomatic, India which is joint venture of Elomatic, Oy.
Mona Åkerholm
Sr. Vice President – Pharma
Mona Åkerholm holds a Master degree in Chemical Engineering and presently is the Sr. Vice President – Pharma at Elomatic Oy, Finland. She has a vast experience with completing investment projects, from conceptual design and investment decisions to practical work with testing, validating and hand over of a new facility. She has worked on multiple international projects and has expertise in facility design within the bio-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, from facilities with special containment requirements to bulk manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. She brings along with her over 25 years of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical sector and has worked on many complex projects such as blood plasma purification facilities for reputed costumer globally.
Mr. Tero-Seppo Tuomela

Tero-Seppo Tuomela has profound expertise in the financial and strategic management of large and medium-sized enterprises. Before joining Elomatic, he has successfully consulted a number of leading-edge companies in Finland in the space of strategic performance measurement, special focus has been on supporting customer oriented business approach via incentive systems and KPI’s. Currently, Tero-Seppo Tuomela has more than 20 years’ experience in financial management of engineering and software companies. He holds Licentiate of Science in Accounting and has also specialized in IT management and economics as part of his Master level studies.
Tero-Seppo Tuomela is the global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Elomatic Oy, Finland and acting as a secretary to the Board of Directors of Elomatic Oy. He is also a Board member for Elomatic, India which is joint venture of Elomatic Oy.

Umesh is seasoned leader with fabulous diversified experience of around four decades in pharma, biotech & other process industry. He played various role within Pharmalab group including sphere heading as Managing Director for Pall India under Pall corporation for their Indian operation. He is single window solution within group companies for all human resource related matters. He has proven his mettle in marketing, business development, IT, legal and other associated operations.

Vishal is master in manufacturing engineering along with finance management. He is heading manufacturing & operations of Pharmalab in capacity of director. Pharmalab is process equipment design & manufacturing organization for pharmaceutical, biotech and other process industries.
He is young entrepreneur and striving to bring in lean manufacturing system. Always hunt for improvement in products, quality & value chain prepositions. His moto is differentiation the client experience and uplift brand image. In beginning of his professional journey, he spend few years in Elomatic with design & project team to experience the ground realties of project design & successful implementation.
