Detailed Design

Detailed design is the essential bridge between the concept design and construction phase of Healthcare & Hospital facility. Based on the approved concept design package, the detailed engineering is done. All the conceptual design of various discipline is further evaluate at micro level. So this stage of engineering is the elaboration of the conceptual design into a package, defining the medical requirements, the associated medical equipment and facility support functions.

The documentation that is produced during the Detailed Design will be sufficient for the suppliers and contractors to give techno-commercial quotations for the various equipment and support function.

During Detailed design all “Good for Construction” and “Clash free drawings” are generated & reviewed along with the selected vendors/ contractor. There is continuous review of design/ engineering of various support function (MEP) along with vendors and contractors. Matriculas design review is a necessity to ensuring perfection in the execution of project.

There is close coordination & synergies among various discipline stakeholders. This is highly interactive & progressive stage of the project. We ensure highest design standards, composite drawings, alignment and diligence throughout the course of Healthcare & Hospital design & construction. It helps to manoeuvre the Project Planning, Design, Engineering and successful Implementation.
